Cold-Lamination Film is a very modern form of Lamination Films. This film consists of a BOPP Film layer coated with a clear and thin layer of adhesive. Cold-Lam Film: BOPP film coated with a layer of Clear adhesive, used for lamination of printed papers.

"Cold" Lamination films have a more aggressive adhesive that can be applied with pressure, instead of heat. A release liner protects the adhesive until it ready to applied, typically on a cold-roll laminator. Cold Lamination films typically cost more than hot laminating films, but they can be applied using less costly, easier-to-operate non-heated laminators.
